I had to email you today to say the hugest thank you for kindness when I wandered into your practice on Friday in pain with an infected tooth. Dr Langman was the most caring, considerate, kind and gentle dentist I have ever met. I cannot thank him and all the staff enough for taking care of me and making my weekend away a happy one.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your fantastic nurses for the time you took and your patience with the whole lengthy procedure. I’m absolutely thrilled with the new teeth, it seems rather dramatic to say they are ‘life changing’ but they are.

We went out for dinner immediately after the teeth were fitted, I can’t remember enjoying a meal so much – and of course they look and feel fantastic.

The time care and attention paid on my normal check-ups is second to none, but when it was decided that my front teeth needed straightening – this went up to another notch. What I really love was that a proper plan was devised that was the best for me, my teeth and my bank balance!…

I am writing to let you know how very grateful I am for all the trouble Spencer has taken whilst making my new dentures. Nothing is too much trouble and his attention to detail is amazing. Sally Evans who has been my dentist for some years recommended I see Spencer so I knew I would be in good hands but did not realise how good.

I am extremely impressed with your premises – excellent parking, plenty of room to manoeuvre and a disabled toilet – all of great help as I am in a wheelchair.
